[Spock has been spending a lot of time at the Dome lately, reprogramming a simulation. If anything, it keeps him busy. This day however, he sits back in his chair with some satisfaction... the simulation was finally ready for testing.
Spock turns to his journal and speaks out loud....]
Greetings and salutations fellow residents of Luceti. For the last forty-one point three days I have been steadily working on reprogramming the Kobayashi Maru simulation. This is based off a training simulation that I had created to teach cadets in the command program at Starfleet on how to face mission failure and death. I will attach written details of this program, as I have altered it to take on specifics for the various beings in Luceti.

The simulation may be finished, however, it still needs to be tested. If there is anyone who is willing to assist me in this, I would be most appreciative.

[Spock lifts his hand to the screen in a Ta'al, and the screen goes black.]
[Action]
[All morning Spock can be found at the Dome putting the finishing touches on the simulation. In the afternoon, Spock ventures out to the items shop to look over their music selection.... and at their winter clothes. He is starting to find the temperature less than satisfactory, and the clothes he has now will not do.
In the evening Spock can be found around Community House 1. He is still living at Lupin's apartment for the time being... because Captain Kirk has not yet returned.]
