Personal Log #5 - Action
[Spock gasped into consciousness and trembled at the biting cold. It took him a moment to realize that he was no longer on a metal, unforgiving examination table... but instead laying down in what felt like... snow. Fascinating.
His senses were completely off. The current date and time eluded him due to the number of occasions he had overcome to unconsciousness in the Malnosso's care...
Normally mental orientation would not be a problem...
...However, his current state of blindness left much to be desired.
He slowly stood, categorizing his physical condition, and found that his body was not cooperating as it should... he had to lean against a tree to retain balance. He ached all over. The Malnosso appeared curious towards his Vulcan physiology.... and went to great lengths to discover what they could. Spock shivered again as he recalled what they did to him. They had started with his fingers... running tests that involved pain tolerance and sense range.
They left the brain for last. Spock was successful in keeping them out of his Katra, a mental landscape containing his links...protecting what stability and bonds that he had left after his planet's devastation. However, it was his efforts in the end that now left him blind. In their enthusiasm, the Malnosso did not realize the extent of Vulcan stubbornness, so when threatening him with his eyesight did not work... they soon lost interest.
That left him in his current state.
Concentration was... difficult at the moment. There was too much pain. His Katra called out in an attempt to help him, but he did not know how successful that was. In the interim, Spock assumed that he was back in Luceti and started to walk forward... sensing the trees around him to use them for support.
He hoped someone would find him soon... He was without his uniform, and left once again in only a pair of pants. This cold was quickly becoming too much for his Vulcan biology to withstand.]
[Feel free to meet Spock wandering, blind, and cold. He's out in the woods currently, but he'll eventually make it somewhere near the village. Enjoy~]

Re: [Action]
... are they thinking about the same Jim?
Spock would regret to say that he was not hungry.. and that eating seemed a daunting task as his coordination was not the best at the moment...
However, he was a polite Vulcan, and Zevran was right.]
Very well, my thanks to you...Zevran. [See? He's starting to use your first name!]
[Spock takes out a pair of sleep pants that the knows are black and slips them on under the towel. Then he puts on what he hopes is the matching top...]
I will follow you to the kitchen...
[Action]
[He turns and does his best to keep his footfalls heavy as he walks from Spock's door to the kitchen, stopping now and then to check back over his shoulder and watch Spock's progress.]
Re: [Action]
When they arrive in the kitchen, Spock manages to find his place and sit...]
You need not stay...Zevran, beyond serving me a bowl of soup. I appreciate our...friendship.
[Action]
[He tsk'd under his breath and ladles out the soup into a mug before walking back to the table and setting it down in front of Spock. He takes the wrist of one of his hands and rests what should be the palm against the warm ceramic.]
You've a mug.
Re: [Action]
He lifts the soup up to his lips slowly, so as not to miss, and takes a drink....
Most pleasing.]
You are... a rather skilled cook.
[Action]
Re: [Action]
Spock could fall asleep while eating his soup if he wanted...]
I see. Perhaps you could... as they say 'regale me with stories' at a later date. For now I will not be a burden any longer.
[Spock lifts his hand in a Ta'al..] Peace and long life to you ...Zevran, until next we meet. I will seek you out on Christmas.

Re: [Action]
Peace and long life to you... friend.
[Action]
[Zevran claps a companionable hand on Spocks' shoulder before making his way out, careful to lock the door behind him.]
