[Spock didn't say anything, but he did walk around Jim, taking in every single detail. The leather fit his Captain well, and he looked comfortable in it, as if he's worn something like this before.

Now the Vulcan was feeling possessive, he didn't want anyone to see Jim in this outfit. It should only be for him to see.]
