Personal Log #5 - Action
[Spock gasped into consciousness and trembled at the biting cold. It took him a moment to realize that he was no longer on a metal, unforgiving examination table... but instead laying down in what felt like... snow. Fascinating.
His senses were completely off. The current date and time eluded him due to the number of occasions he had overcome to unconsciousness in the Malnosso's care...
Normally mental orientation would not be a problem...
...However, his current state of blindness left much to be desired.
He slowly stood, categorizing his physical condition, and found that his body was not cooperating as it should... he had to lean against a tree to retain balance. He ached all over. The Malnosso appeared curious towards his Vulcan physiology.... and went to great lengths to discover what they could. Spock shivered again as he recalled what they did to him. They had started with his fingers... running tests that involved pain tolerance and sense range.
They left the brain for last. Spock was successful in keeping them out of his Katra, a mental landscape containing his links...protecting what stability and bonds that he had left after his planet's devastation. However, it was his efforts in the end that now left him blind. In their enthusiasm, the Malnosso did not realize the extent of Vulcan stubbornness, so when threatening him with his eyesight did not work... they soon lost interest.
That left him in his current state.
Concentration was... difficult at the moment. There was too much pain. His Katra called out in an attempt to help him, but he did not know how successful that was. In the interim, Spock assumed that he was back in Luceti and started to walk forward... sensing the trees around him to use them for support.
He hoped someone would find him soon... He was without his uniform, and left once again in only a pair of pants. This cold was quickly becoming too much for his Vulcan biology to withstand.]
[Feel free to meet Spock wandering, blind, and cold. He's out in the woods currently, but he'll eventually make it somewhere near the village. Enjoy~]

[Action]
That, he decides, cannot be good. Quickly, he fetches his robe- and an extra cloak just in case- and heads toward the presence.]
"Spock?"
Re: [Action]
Though he is finally able to connect the voice...]
Mister Kenobi? [Spock stares at nothing... keeping his head down..]
Where am I and what is the current date?
[Action]
[Without another word on the subject, he drapes his extra cloak over Spock.]
"It's not too far, are you alright?"
Re: [Action]
I am... less than optimal. I cannot see...
The Malnosso were rather... enthusiastic in their experiments. I also seem to have less than optimal physical control... would you be amenable to assisting me to my residence? [That was Vulcan for 'I'm weak and vulnerable... help a bro out?]
[Action]
[Like you needed to ask, bro. He keeps his arm on Spock's shoulders and begins leading him through the forest.]
"Why the Malnosso delight in blinding people and then depositing them in the middle of the forest, I shall never know. Petty sadism, I suppose. At least you're nearer the village than Gambit was..."
Re: [Action]
I have not had the opportunity to meet Gambit, though I have heard of him from Arsene. Where was he deposited?
[Action]
[He carefully steers Spock around a rather large, foot-menacing root.]
Re: [Action]
Let's just say it was difficult.
But Ben's kindness will not be forgotten.]
Then that is most fortunate. Captain Kirk should be pleased that I have returned in time for the...Christmas festivities? Does Luceti participate in this?
[Action]
[This was good. Idle conversation to distract from the short walk, as he carefully steers Spock away from the various obstructions and finally gets him free of the forest.]
Re: [Action]
He is also looking for gift ideas...]
[Action]
[Gift ideas? You're dealing with an ascetic, good luck with that.]
Re: [Action]
I see.... [No pun intended....] That is well... I was curious due to my inexperience with the holiday. I had hoped for some inspiration as to what to do...[Spock allows his voice to fade... but then he senses that they are nearing the house.]
I believe the door should be unlocked...
[Action]
Re: [Action]
I believe I will be able to find my way around...
[However, Spock's belief in himself is cut short when the first thing he does when he enters through the door is trip.... and faceplant on the floor.]
[Action]
"Perhaps I should help you to your room."
Re: [Action]
My thanks. I assure you that I will be fine once I am in my room.
[Once they reach the room, Spock nods to Obi Wan...]
Till next we meet Mister Kenobi...
