Intro Log - Voice/Action
[Illogical does not even begin to characterize the situation that Spock has found himself in. Approximately 2.4 minutes ago he was on the bridge of the USS Enterprise, and through some, as of yet unexplained phenomenon taking no time at all, (possibly through some spacial anomaly or undetected ion storm) suddenly appeared inverted in a tree... Current conditions also leave much to be desired. Spock's Vulcan physiology requires higher temperatures, and proper garments for optimal comfort... the forest in which he is now located has a lower than optimal temperature, and coupled with the disappearance of his Uniform and thermal wear he finds himself rather... cold. Though, perhaps it is fortuitous that he appeared in clothes at all... the white pants will have to suffice.
Upon his initial assessment, and descent from the tree, he was amazed to see an alteration to his physical person]
...Fascinating.
[Spock cards his fingers through the feathered protrusions located in the area of his scapula. Since he could feel a rather curious sensation through manual stimulus of the ...wings, Spock can safely assume they are indeed his newly acquired appendages. He could not fail to notice that his wings are the same ebony color his hair is.
Taking in his surroundings, Spock could hear the sound of running water close by... but nothing significant that could give him evidence of his location. The terrain was similar to that of Earth, however, there was 'something' about them that Spock could not quite explain that told him 'no, this is not Earth'...
As he was about to venture towards the water in hopes of finding civilization, something catches his attention... it appears to be some form of recording device located at the base of the tree in which he just descended from. Picking up the device he also notices that it has his name on it and it appears to be active. Curious... This proves that he was indeed sent here on purpose. But why?
Spock finally decides to speak out loud.]
Greetings, I am Spock. Is there a conscious form of life out there that can tell me my current location?

[Spock nears Billy's building... all he has to do is locate him.]
no subject
Oh god he's meeting freaking Spock, seriously?]
Hey, uh- I'm Billy, from the journal. [Lame. So lame.] Nice to meet you?
Ha! It looks like you're wearing one of Jim's shirts from TOS. XD
Greetings. It is 'nice' to meet you as well. I find myself in need of sustenance, is there an establishment that provides food that you could suggest?
the sad/awesome thing is he WOULD wear it for that reason
Actually, yeah- we could go to the restaurant if you want, or just inside- [He gestures back towards the building.] I've got food in the apartment.

He's. Not sure what to think about that. But he somehow manages not to completely lose it, gesturing for Spock to follow.]
Don't worry about it. We're all kind of in the same boat here, so it makes sense to help each other. So you've learned all about the place, then?
no subject
How long have you been here?
no subject
Me? Just over four months now. It's hard to believe that it's been so long already... time really does fly whether you're having fun or not.
no subject
Time does not have the ability of physical flight, nor is it powered by the level of 'fun' that someone is having.
easy there Spock, you're his invited guest.Though I am fascinated by the way time does move here. I realize that it moves in a 24hr cycle, but it is a factor that I am unable to articulate at this moment.
no subject
You mean about it standing still back home while we're here? We're stuck in some kind of world-wide time loop, or an alternate dimension, or something. We don't have many answers.

[Spock looks around...]
Are these your living quarters?
no subject
literal Spock is literal
bwahahaha
No, it's not- it's just a phrase. Sorry, my apartment is just my apartment, no space travel functions available.

[A teenager who practically breathes sarcasm and a no-nonsense Vulcan having lunch. Well.]
no subject
Apologies are unnecessary. Is there anything I can assist with in preparing lunch?

I am curious, now that you are in Luceti, what do you do? I feel as though I am at a loss. I am a scientist in a world occupied by several magical beings.

Yes, holo-technology exists in my time, though it is not yet fitted for space travel. You have a holodeck here correct?
no subject
Wanna fade to black for the time being? We should catch tea/coffee sometime! XD
uhhhh sure?
XD
