Intro Log - Voice/Action
[Illogical does not even begin to characterize the situation that Spock has found himself in. Approximately 2.4 minutes ago he was on the bridge of the USS Enterprise, and through some, as of yet unexplained phenomenon taking no time at all, (possibly through some spacial anomaly or undetected ion storm) suddenly appeared inverted in a tree... Current conditions also leave much to be desired. Spock's Vulcan physiology requires higher temperatures, and proper garments for optimal comfort... the forest in which he is now located has a lower than optimal temperature, and coupled with the disappearance of his Uniform and thermal wear he finds himself rather... cold. Though, perhaps it is fortuitous that he appeared in clothes at all... the white pants will have to suffice.
Upon his initial assessment, and descent from the tree, he was amazed to see an alteration to his physical person]
...Fascinating.
[Spock cards his fingers through the feathered protrusions located in the area of his scapula. Since he could feel a rather curious sensation through manual stimulus of the ...wings, Spock can safely assume they are indeed his newly acquired appendages. He could not fail to notice that his wings are the same ebony color his hair is.
Taking in his surroundings, Spock could hear the sound of running water close by... but nothing significant that could give him evidence of his location. The terrain was similar to that of Earth, however, there was 'something' about them that Spock could not quite explain that told him 'no, this is not Earth'...
As he was about to venture towards the water in hopes of finding civilization, something catches his attention... it appears to be some form of recording device located at the base of the tree in which he just descended from. Picking up the device he also notices that it has his name on it and it appears to be active. Curious... This proves that he was indeed sent here on purpose. But why?
Spock finally decides to speak out loud.]
Greetings, I am Spock. Is there a conscious form of life out there that can tell me my current location?

Re: oh dear /buckles
May I ask a favour Miss Carpenter?

[Spock still has the door to the changing room firmly shut.]

[Transmogrification is not as easy, with her type of magic, as it would be with those whose magic, she couldn't help but think, was more powerful. Like Draco's, he could do this easily.]
It's not the sort of thing I could just use an evocation for.
[Not at her current level, anyway.]

The struggles cease...]
I have one more request. I have managed to rip holes large enough for the wings to fit through the back.... however I am having difficulty getting them through. Can you assist me?
[The door opens slightly, only to reveal Spock with his black long sleeved undershirt on over his head. His arms are cover, but the shirt is pulled up at the front because the wings at the back are preventing it from going down. He looks as miserable as a Vulcan possibly can.]

And when Spock opened the door, the internal squee track which had been running since the beginning of their conversation and only getting progressively louder at intervals ground to a sudden halt. He looked so uncomfortable.]
Of course.
[She dropped the shirt in her hand back on the shelf and hurried over.]
Just turn around.

[Spock turns around and waits for Miss Carpenter.... not that he is apprehensive or anything.]

[Sensitive in all kinds of ways and she tries not to think about that. At all. Instead she braces one hand on his back between his wings and starts pulling down the shirt one side at a time. As she pulls the shirt against his back with one hand, she smooths the wing flat against his back.
She stopped when the shirt just covered the edge of his wings. This left her plenty of pull in the shirt itself and aligned the holes over the wings which... should make it easier to pull the wings through.
She left one hand underneath the shirt and one above.]
You're all right?
[Because this next part might actually... really hurt.]
no subject
Indeed, all is well. You may commence.
[...the physical contact... Spock will desperately need to mediate after this. He is trying his best to keep his mental walls stable, but it is proving difficult. She is projecting...rather loudly.]

[And it's on two when she moves.
Molly decides that doing this quickly would be better, so she holds the hole open with one hand and with the other works the wing through. She just hopes it doesn't hurt too much.]
--three.
Spock can see a white light... XD
Nooooo, rush AWAY from the light at the end of the tunnel!
I'm sorry. It's almost over. Ready?
:3
Indeed, please continue.

That's why the next wing is freed with similar speed and precision as the first.
And though she doesn't reach out to tug his shirt down, she doesn't step back either. She removes the had that had been underneath his shirt, and places one hand on each side of the now-freed wings. Using her contract with the filial spirit Nala, her hands begin to warm.
She was aware that no magic could affect the wings. But maybe the spirit could at least ease the soreness of the ordeal. And with one sweep of her hands she moves them down each wing, righting the ruffled feathers.]
All right?
What will you do now Miss Carpenter? XD
WHY DO THE JOURNALS NOT COME EQUIPPED WITH 911??
[Molly moved quickly, sliding her hands up to grab his arms. She steps forward into him in order to use her body as leverage to keep him from falling to the ground. She's no shrinking violet, but the dead weight of a grown man is also no joke.
She does manage to keep him from crashing to the ground face-first, and lowers him down instead, turning him on his side.
She craned to see his face, saying his name.]
Spock? Spock??
[Inside her mind, there was a running collision of thoughts - everything she knew of Vulcan physiology and medicine and an on-going litany of 'oh crap, oh crap,' and 'I broke Spock.']
:3
But that still leave him to deal with the fact that he is...emotionally compromised, and he had fainted in front of Miss Carpenter.
...Miss Carpenter. Ka'adith. He has probably worried the female and greatly shamed himself in the process. There, he can hear his name being called as if in the distance. This is proving rather more difficult than he had originally assumed.]
...lol, QUITE THE WELCOME he's gotten 0XD
Vulcans have a pulse, right? Is it faster or slower than a human's? Why can't I remember this when it matters?]
I enjoy giving Spock a hard time... hope it's not to ooc though.
Spock manages to surface into conscious awareness and starts to rise into a sitting position.]
Lucky I didn't make you carry him XDSeems fine to me!
That meant he wasn't dead - oh good, he was sitting up.
She leaned back, moving to a kneeling position.]
Are you all right? What happened?
hehe ;)
I-Indeed. Miss Carpenter, I will be well. It would seem that I was overcome by a sensory overload. Vulcan physiology is such that we are aware and in control of all bodily functions at any given time. And in combination with our telepathic abilities that results in certain sensitivities... [Spock did not want to admit this....green started to stain the tips of his ears and his cheekbones.]
...it simply became...too much. I believe it resulted in 'blacking-out'.
[Spock looked down... he was still seated on the floor looking like a put out pile of sorrowful Vulcan.]
I believe I must apologize Miss Carpenter. In my vulnerable state my mental shields were demolished and I believe that my mind tried to connect with yours.
1/2
I believe that my mind tried to connect with yours--
'My mind to your mind'--
Eeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
That. Was so cool.]
no subject
Um.
She straightened up and leaned back a little further.]
Um. You know what? I think I'm just going to chalk this up to first-day weirdness, and we'll never have to talk about this again. Is that okay with you?
[She might be blushing a little herself. She'll probably freak out later - oh my God, what did I do? - but right now she's just trying to put Spock at ease.]
Gah! You made it sound like Spock was hitting on you! lawl! XDD
[Spock stands abruptly and tugs his now manageable shirt down to its proper place, looking very much like the stoic First Officer. Hands behind his back he faces Molly.]
I apologize for my offenses and for making you feel uncomfortable. You have been nothing but gracious and hospitable to me and this is how I repay you. [Spock bows to Molly.]
Please let me know if there is anything I can do in atonement.
Look, it's a 21st century fangirl's mind, okay? >>
[Molly stood, smoothing down her own shirt and trying to collect herself.]
Well. I believe it that you didn't mean to do it. And I'm sorry if anything I did was... made you uncomfortable.
[She exhales a brief breath.]
Let's just have coffee sometime and call it even. Okay?
Lol! Just teasin' ya m'dear. ^_^ I enjoyed that scene waay too much XD
