Personal Log #11 - Dazed and Confused [Voice/Action]
[Spock opened his eyes and held in the groan at the familiar sight of Luceti's forest. It took a moment for the Vulcan to organize his thoughts and realize what had happened...
Ah yes... He had been kidnapped once again.
Spock sat up, wary of the lingering effects from his visit with the Malnosso... and looked around for his Journal. Predictably it was laying innocently by his side... illogically he had hoped that it might have been lost. No matter.
Spock reached for it and stopped... realizing that something was wrong with his hand. It was... frozen. His long fingers stuck together, hand in the shape of a loose fist and refusing to move. The Vulcan's eyes widened in surprise as he checked his other hand, finding the exact same thing. What was he going to do? He could barely pick up the journal let alone use it properly.
The Vulcan fumbled with the journal, finally getting it to flop open on in his lap... ]
Greetings. I have been returned from my... visit... with the Malnosso. I require assistance. Is anyone there?
[Action]: Spock can be found in the woods without the use of his hands. He's going to need a lot of help, and Spock's not going to like it.
You can also catch him walking towards his place with his journal held awkwardly between his fists. Approach him if you dare.]
[OOC: When I originally went on Hiatus, I said that Spock was going to be on autopilot, however, I've needed to be away longer than originally planned. It was advised to me that I have Spock mallynapped to excuse him from not knowing everything that's gone down. Apparently I've missed wings... this upsets me greatly. XD]

Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
[ Kirk looked up at the other's face, very aware of why he was blushing. heck, he would be blushing too - he was sure he was the way his face felt. This was one of the reasons he was not a nurse, and he desperately wish they had the tech that would have helped take care of this. ]
Look, we got to do this okay, so don't make a big deal out of it. Need to keep down there clean, I don't need you getting a urinary tract infection or something.
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
Of course Captain, forgive my weakness and lack of emotional control.... please procede.
[The Vulcan sits up straight, and facing away from Jim he closes his eyes. He simply cannot allow his weak human half get carried away in inappropriate imaginings.]
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
Damn it, you know I hate it when you talk like that. You sound like a robot.
[ He frowned, but made quick work of the area, not wanting to spend more time down there than he had to for both of their sakes. He quickly moved to Spock's thighs and his legs, thankful the other had not been to terribly mud or dirt caked since that went quickly enough too. ]
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
[Indeed, robots didn't blush when their T'hy'la's touched them, even if it was for so pracial a purpose as washing. The primal part of Spock wanted nothing more than to drag Jim into the bath with him and prove that he was a good mate.
Logically, that would be an action unbecoming an officer.]
I am... embarrassed.
[That took a lot for Spock to admit.]
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
And I'm not?
[ He sighed, picking up Spock's foot from the water and scrubbing the pad hard to get the grit off of it - this at least not uncomfortable like washing his junk had been. ]
Look, we can't be embarrassed about it, or ever talk about it again, got it? We're doing this because you can't with your hands right now, and I'd be a bad friend if I let you flounder about or start stinking like a sewage plant.
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
You wish to pretend this never transpired? Does that not mean you are ashamed?
[Jim was ashamed of taking care of him?
And why was this bothering Spock? He was Vulcan... he wasn't supposed to be having an emotional reaction.]
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
[ Kirk sighed. This was one of the bad things about Spock. He took things so literally, and often misinterpreted them. It was one of the issues about dealing with Spock for any length of time. ]
No, that's not... come on, you know you're uncomfortable right now. This isn't exactly a memory we need to relive over and over now is it? No? Good. Not talking about it helps.
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
As a Vulcan, every piece of memory is sacred knowledge, part of one's Katra, or 'soul' as you humans seem to put it.
You are asking me to forget that this, or any other following incident ever took place? I would never willingly forget anything that we have done together.
[That was logical... at least, for a Vulcan.]
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
[ He sighed. It was like hitting his head against a brick wall sometimes. ]
Look, humans don't just forget either. Trust me, I will remember this moment. I remember a lot of moments. This will be one of those moments in your brain you never forget, ever, because your brain is twisted that way.
But we don't need to be dissecting every little aspect of it, now do we?
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
Then you imply that there is something here to 'dissect'... correct?
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
Oh my god...
Dissect means to like - look it over, go over every detail, take it apart. Like dissecting a frog except it's a memory.
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
However... Luceti did not allow for continued memory. When they were returned to their ship, there would be...
...none of this.]
When we are returned home, you will not be burdened with the unwanted memories Captain.
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
[He shot him a look, but he figured he was fighting a losing battle. Spock was notorious for being thick as a brick sometimes on certain things, to much Vulcan in mind even if he did have human blood. ]
Stop putting words in my mouth and my head, Spock.
Now, come on, I need to get your other foot. Lift it up.
[Action]
...and Spock was already fairly uncomfortable.
When he lifted the leg in the air, Spock's balance shifted, and he fell backwards into the water, immersing himself and getting water everywhere]
Re: [Action]
[ It really was like washing a dog wasn't it? Kirk sighed and let go, helping Spock get up for air. He sighed and considered the whole situation and then had an idea. ]
Turn yourself short ways in the tub so your legs dangle out over the edge towards him and your head can lean back against the wall.
[ He made a turning gesture with his hands to show what he meant. ]
Re: [Action]
Thank-you Captain...
My apologies for getting you wet.
Re: [Action]
I knew it would happen, and it's not like I'm the Wicked Witch and will melt because of it.
[ He shrugged and worked on scrubbing his feet clean, which was probably the hardest task given all the walking. He was fairly sure if Spock could see the black smudges on the soles of his feet he would have some sort of seizure. ]
What do you want for lunch then?
Re: [Action]
Preferably anything without meat Captain....
[Spock looked up at Jim..]
However, I will be pleased with whatever you make sir.
I would offer assistance... but I believe I will be of no use.
