I would suggest that perhaps in this instance, it may be considered good to discard logic. Human emotions do not seem to follow it... it may be easier to allow them control for a moment.

...then again, I understand that this is a fundamental part of who you are and so it would be difficult for you, yes? I would not want you to feel ashamed.
