[Spock was.... rather curious at the unexpected influx of individuals without wings...

In his mind, the Vulcan was making theories that included black holes, transporters, ion storms...It was frustrating that the nature of this world made it impossible to pin down any one theory.

Spock can be found traveling to the Dome in the morning, and working there for the rest of the day.
In the evening the Vulcan's curiosity gets the better of him and he stops by Seventh Heaven to see who all is there.]

I appreciate the sentiment Doctor. [The Vulcan reaches forward and places a hand on the Doctor's shoulder in a sign of support...

Spock could feel that he could relate to what the Vulcan experienced.]

It is difficult yes? But there are always those who will support you... and they often come from the most illogical sources.

[The Doctor smiled sadly and shook his head, thinking of Rose.]

I'm afraid not in my case, actually. But that's alright. I'm used to it.

But you, you've got friends. And a ship, and a crew, and all sorts of wonderful adventures ahead of you.

[And if truth be told? He's a might jealous]

[Spock removes his hand...

The Vulcan regards the Doctor...] You have no one at all?

Not at the moment, no. Don't need anyone, not really.

[Not since Rose, anyway.]

[Spock tilted his head...]

How long have you been alone Doctor?

[lonelygod]

Oh, a while really.

[He shrugs and smiles sadly.]

I'm alright. I'm always alright.

[spohkh]

'Alright' is a very subjective term Doctor... you are not faring well... [Spock could sense this...]

I'll be fine, Spock. Sorry. Really. I'm alright.

[Time War guilt? Time War guilt]

It's a lot, sometimes. Being the last of the Time Lords, but really, I'm alright. Boldly going where no-one has been in a while and all that.

It would be a fascinating experience to go with you... And see what you must experience on a regular basis.

[Spock has indeed found himself fascinated by the Doctor.... ]

Perhaps one day, Mister Spock.

[Inwardly, he's smiling like a schoolboy again. He's always wanted to say that...]

But for now? I think perhaps it's time I went and did a bit more exploring. Lots to see 'round this little village. Well. Enough to be interesting, anyway.

[Spock regards the Time Lord once more.... then lifts his hand in a Ta'al..]
