Personal Log #7
[Video]
Greetings and salutations. I believe that it is customary for one to welcome those who are newly arrived into Luceti.
Welcome.
To those who have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. I can be found regularly at the Battle Dome for those who want to learn to utilize the simulations.
A reminder to everyone that the Kobayashi Maru simulation has been tested and is ready for public use. I will express my thanks to Mister Obi-Wan Kenobi, Miss Ami Mizuno, and Miss Lirael for testing the program for me.
I also find myself requiring assistance for a project that I have agreed to.... though I find myself now at an impasse. I am currently working on a small scale version of projected diburnium-osmium shield technology... with some minor alterations. If anyone is familiar with this or is willing to help, please inform me.
Peace and long life.
[Action]
[Spock found himself once again frustrated by the recent memory lapse... for one who highly values mental discipline, it is... unnerving to find that your mind has been tampered with. However, Spock has long ago come to terms with this place and its disregard for dignity.
In the morning Spock can be found at the Dome by the computer terminals...but in the late afternoon strange, hauntingly beautiful music can be heard coming from House #2's backyard.
The Vulcan was pleased to have completed his Lyre, and was now enjoying an afternoon of practice.
In the evening, Spock actually ventures out to Seventh Heaven and can be found at a solitary table with a cup of tea.
Come and bother Spock at any and all of these locations.]

Roofs were always something that he adored.]
Hey. [He waved, finished off his cigarette, and leapt to the ground with the ease of an acrobat. Winking mischievously, he beckoned Spock to join him.]
How interested are you in playing a game?
Re: [Action]
I am usually not interested in games Sa-kai... Though I must admit, I am amenable to the suggestion.
Do borrow a human phrase 'what is up'? [Good job Spock... hanging out with Clint is starting to pay off.]
[Action]
[He smirked, as if it were a private joke, and set off for the woods.
...There's just this guy in the village who's a real hard-ass that needs to lighten up a little. I didn't plan for it to get this far...
Now it's just too fun to watch.
I'd do this part alone, but it's... heavy. And big. He's a very large man, but it's a little much for an average guy to handle.
Re: [Action]
Spock follows him.]
Indeed? I was recently talking with a 'very large' individual who recently had something stolen from him...
[Spock's voice was not judgmental... it was highly amused.]
[Action]
[Though he didn't like the tentacled beast and he thought that the man in question was lost to the sea, he smiled at the memory. That maneuver...]
'Stolen' is such a strong word for what happened. 'Protective custody' fits so much better.
Re: [Action]
I am curious... when will Mister Smoker be getting his Jitte back?
[Action]
Do you have any idea how heavy a seven foot jitte made of seastone is?
Re: [Action]
[Spock couldn't help but regard Arsene with an amused smirk...]
Do you believe he may retaliate?
[Action]
It won't be worse than anything Pops could dish out.
Re: [Action]
[Spock was wondering what could Arsene's father or Smoker could ever 'dish out'....
Would Lupin be in trouble? Spock's expression turned slightly concerned.]
[Action] 1/2
[Action] 2/2
No, no, no, no, you've got it wrong! Inspector Zenigata isn't my dad--he's just a supremely dedicated old Japanese cop, and he was one of Smoker's best friends while he was here.
[A grin.]
Or did you forget that I'm the world's best thief?
Re: [Action]
I have not heard of you ever referring to Inspector Zenigata as 'Pops' before now....
Though I believe that it would make sense to know that him and Mister Smoker were friends... [Their last conversation was... interesting. Spock did not totally agree with everything that Smoker said in regards to his ethics.]
