Personal Log #11 - Dazed and Confused [Voice/Action]
[Spock opened his eyes and held in the groan at the familiar sight of Luceti's forest. It took a moment for the Vulcan to organize his thoughts and realize what had happened...
Ah yes... He had been kidnapped once again.
Spock sat up, wary of the lingering effects from his visit with the Malnosso... and looked around for his Journal. Predictably it was laying innocently by his side... illogically he had hoped that it might have been lost. No matter.
Spock reached for it and stopped... realizing that something was wrong with his hand. It was... frozen. His long fingers stuck together, hand in the shape of a loose fist and refusing to move. The Vulcan's eyes widened in surprise as he checked his other hand, finding the exact same thing. What was he going to do? He could barely pick up the journal let alone use it properly.
The Vulcan fumbled with the journal, finally getting it to flop open on in his lap... ]
Greetings. I have been returned from my... visit... with the Malnosso. I require assistance. Is anyone there?
[Action]: Spock can be found in the woods without the use of his hands. He's going to need a lot of help, and Spock's not going to like it.
You can also catch him walking towards his place with his journal held awkwardly between his fists. Approach him if you dare.]
[OOC: When I originally went on Hiatus, I said that Spock was going to be on autopilot, however, I've needed to be away longer than originally planned. It was advised to me that I have Spock mallynapped to excuse him from not knowing everything that's gone down. Apparently I've missed wings... this upsets me greatly. XD]

Re: [Action]
No one's been in your room, Spock, no worries. You're like an angsty teen.
[He rolled his eyes and scrubbed vigorously, lowering the arm to wash off the suds. He set the cloth aside and got down the shampoo. ]
All right, dip your head and get your hair wet.
Re: [Action]
I do not resemble a troubled, maudlin youth.
[Nevertheless, the Vulcan dips his head low.
No one has ever washed his hair for him other than his mother... long ago.]
Re: [Action]
Really? You're sitting there pouting at me, and you're complaining about people being in your room. Yeah, agnsty teen.
[ He poured shampoo into his hands and began to scrub at the short black locks - well, shortish. He noticed they had grown, but that was logical wasn't it? Well, that could get fixed later. ]
Re: [Action]
You wish to cut my hair?
[Spock sounds a little incredulous... Could Jim even cut hair?]
Re: [Action]
[ His eyebrow twitched at that, lips pursing in mild irritation. ]
What did I tell you about reading my mind? It's rude.
And yeah, you need a hair cut. It's grown out. You can't do it, and I'm not sure if we have a professional here in town.
Re: [Action]
Forgive me... but in the current situation, it is rather difficult to avoid reading your surface thoughts.
[Spock lowered his head again... subjecting himself to the shampooing.[
How is your headache?
Re: [Action]
[ He was used to them, though he did back down as little as he massaged the Vulcan's scalp. ]
It's fine, really. It'll be fully gone in just a bit, promise. Now take a breath, I have to wash this out.
[ Gently he pushed the other under, scrubbing to work the suds out before he let the other up. ]
Re: [Action]
Emerging once more, the Vulcan spluttered, looking very much like a wet cat. He shivers a bit and shakes his head on instinct.... splashing water everywhere.]
Re: [Action]
[ Kirk shielded himself with his arms and laughed softly, taking up the wash cloth again and working on the back of the other's neck and shoulders. ]
Come on, Vulcan's are supposed to be cat-like, not dogs.
Re: [Action]
[Spock eases into the touch... this part feels kind of good. Spock cranes his neck forward so that Jim has easier access.... and finds himself closing his eyes in relaxation.]
Re: [Action]
That's not good. You should bathe. It's relaxing, plus you smell nice after. Nobody needs to get a whiff of Vulcan B.O.
[ He works methodically, moving around to his chest to scrub there, working off dirt, grime, and general build up. It was sad, to him, to see Spock in such a state. He was Spock. He was clean. Seeing him dirty was deeply disturbing. ]
Re: [Action]
Then I would not wish to offend your senses Captain.
Re: [Action]
Or anyone else's. This is such a public service. I deserve a commendation for this.
[ He considered a moment and then sighed, standing up and coming around to the side, leaning over as he worked the cloth further down to Spock's belly. He was trying to be medical about this, ignoring anatomy for the sake of helping out Spock, because he needed it. ]
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
...but then Spock's face lights up in a green blush and it travels to his ears and his back. He stares straight ahead, attempting to keep his breathing even.]
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
[ Kirk looked up at the other's face, very aware of why he was blushing. heck, he would be blushing too - he was sure he was the way his face felt. This was one of the reasons he was not a nurse, and he desperately wish they had the tech that would have helped take care of this. ]
Look, we got to do this okay, so don't make a big deal out of it. Need to keep down there clean, I don't need you getting a urinary tract infection or something.
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
Of course Captain, forgive my weakness and lack of emotional control.... please procede.
[The Vulcan sits up straight, and facing away from Jim he closes his eyes. He simply cannot allow his weak human half get carried away in inappropriate imaginings.]
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
Damn it, you know I hate it when you talk like that. You sound like a robot.
[ He frowned, but made quick work of the area, not wanting to spend more time down there than he had to for both of their sakes. He quickly moved to Spock's thighs and his legs, thankful the other had not been to terribly mud or dirt caked since that went quickly enough too. ]
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
[Indeed, robots didn't blush when their T'hy'la's touched them, even if it was for so pracial a purpose as washing. The primal part of Spock wanted nothing more than to drag Jim into the bath with him and prove that he was a good mate.
Logically, that would be an action unbecoming an officer.]
I am... embarrassed.
[That took a lot for Spock to admit.]
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
And I'm not?
[ He sighed, picking up Spock's foot from the water and scrubbing the pad hard to get the grit off of it - this at least not uncomfortable like washing his junk had been. ]
Look, we can't be embarrassed about it, or ever talk about it again, got it? We're doing this because you can't with your hands right now, and I'd be a bad friend if I let you flounder about or start stinking like a sewage plant.
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
You wish to pretend this never transpired? Does that not mean you are ashamed?
[Jim was ashamed of taking care of him?
And why was this bothering Spock? He was Vulcan... he wasn't supposed to be having an emotional reaction.]
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
[ Kirk sighed. This was one of the bad things about Spock. He took things so literally, and often misinterpreted them. It was one of the issues about dealing with Spock for any length of time. ]
No, that's not... come on, you know you're uncomfortable right now. This isn't exactly a memory we need to relive over and over now is it? No? Good. Not talking about it helps.
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
As a Vulcan, every piece of memory is sacred knowledge, part of one's Katra, or 'soul' as you humans seem to put it.
You are asking me to forget that this, or any other following incident ever took place? I would never willingly forget anything that we have done together.
[That was logical... at least, for a Vulcan.]
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
[ He sighed. It was like hitting his head against a brick wall sometimes. ]
Look, humans don't just forget either. Trust me, I will remember this moment. I remember a lot of moments. This will be one of those moments in your brain you never forget, ever, because your brain is twisted that way.
But we don't need to be dissecting every little aspect of it, now do we?
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
Then you imply that there is something here to 'dissect'... correct?
Re: [Action] PG rating? :p
Oh my god...
Dissect means to like - look it over, go over every detail, take it apart. Like dissecting a frog except it's a memory.
