Intro Log - Voice/Action

[Illogical does not even begin to characterize the situation that Spock has found himself in. Approximately 2.4 minutes ago he was on the bridge of the USS Enterprise, and through some, as of yet unexplained phenomenon taking no time at all, (possibly through some spacial anomaly or undetected ion storm) suddenly appeared inverted in a tree... Current conditions also leave much to be desired. Spock's Vulcan physiology requires higher temperatures, and proper garments for optimal comfort... the forest in which he is now located has a lower than optimal temperature, and coupled with the disappearance of his Uniform and thermal wear he finds himself rather... cold. Though, perhaps it is fortuitous that he appeared in clothes at all... the white pants will have to suffice.
Upon his initial assessment, and descent from the tree, he was amazed to see an alteration to his physical person]

...Fascinating.

[Spock cards his fingers through the feathered protrusions located in the area of his scapula. Since he could feel a rather curious sensation through manual stimulus of the ...wings, Spock can safely assume they are indeed his newly acquired appendages. He could not fail to notice that his wings are the same ebony color his hair is.
Taking in his surroundings, Spock could hear the sound of running water close by... but nothing significant that could give him evidence of his location. The terrain was similar to that of Earth, however, there was 'something' about them that Spock could not quite explain that told him 'no, this is not Earth'...
As he was about to venture towards the water in hopes of finding civilization, something catches his attention... it appears to be some form of recording device located at the base of the tree in which he just descended from. Picking up the device he also notices that it has his name on it and it appears to be active. Curious... This proves that he was indeed sent here on purpose. But why?
Spock finally decides to speak out loud.]

Greetings, I am Spock. Is there a conscious form of life out there that can tell me my current location?

Indeed.

[Spock cuts communication... interesting female.

At this point, Spock can see the fountain. He approaches it and ignores the stares from other inhabitants. He will claim is shirt in time. He settles to wait for Miss Grune.]

[He's going to regret not having picked up a shirt, because Grune doesn't do anything fast ever.

Her walk to the plaza is a leisurely one; she stops to check on her flowers here or say hello to a friend there. Once, she even forgets where she's going at all, but luckily for Spock, she remembers and heads off again.

When she finally arrives, she shows no surprise whatsoever at his pointed ears or his shirtless state.]

Hello. Isn't the village such a pretty place?

[Spock is finding minor discomfort is his lack of apparel.]

'Pretty' is a matter of person preference. Though, I do find that this place is... aesthetically pleasing.

Are you human?

[Some might be caught offguard by the sudden change in topic, but Grune just takes it in stride.]

Oh, no. Moro says that I'm a force.

[...He did ask!]

[It would seem that this female requires more...care. He is sensing that a more simple approach is needed.]

Indeed, shall we discuss that at a later date? Perhaps you can show me where to locate my Uniform shirt?

[Good call, Spock. Only get in a discussion with this one if you have plenty of time.]

All right. I think your clothes will be in the shop.

[Then again, maybe not. Luceti is a little unreliable that way.]

...Indeed, I will follow your lead.

All right! Let's go!

[...At a slow drift, because Grune is incapable of moving any faster unless it's an emergency.]

[Spock is... impressed at the personality of this creature. He follows along beside her... Spock is not usually inclined to partake in small-talk, so he contents himself with taking in his surroundings.]

[That's all right. Grune can provide enough small talk for the two of them.]

Have you visited the Welcome Center yet?

Negative. Though I have been advised by several sources that I should be inclined to do so. What do you suggest?

Oh, I think it would be a good idea. It's a nice place. [One of her good friends used to run it!]

And then after, you can have a nice cup of tea.

Then I am amenable to your suggestion. I will follow your lead.

[Spock hesitates for just a moment before commenting..]

I am rather partial to tea.

[It's amazing, how large of a smile that earns him.]

I am, too! [She can thank Giles for that particular habit. Even with him gone from Luceti for most of a year, his influence lives on.]

Drinking tea with friends is so lovely, isn't it?

[Spock gives her a look...] Indeed. It is a common practice in many cultures for beings to orient themselves to each other while consuming ...tea.

[Spock quirks an eyebrow again... this seems to be a recurring thing around Grune.]

Perhaps, if you are amenable, at a future date we could drink tea?

[The largest smile yet appears on her face.]

Oh, yes, I'd like that very much! [Because that would mean she had made a new friend!]

I hope we can have tea together sometime very soon.

Then perhaps we can have tea after we locate my uniform? [Spock was actually growing rather...fond of this being. She was easy to be around, though most perplexing.]

[And, oh hey, the clothing shop. Grune heads inside, holding the door for him.]

[Spock nods his head in agreement and thanks and starts to look around the very well-stocked shop. His uniform should stand out... but there seem to be an excess of bright colours.]

I am looking for a blue uniform with black pants... however, if there is anything else in here that you would find useful for my person, please do not hesitate to tell me. ~~Spock doesn't mind Grune playing dress-up with him.~~

All right! I'll go find you something nice.

[And off she drifts into the shop. Spock, what are you getting yourself into.]

[Spock idly looks for his Uniform... though he would be content to get any sort of covering at this time. He was getting rather cold. He is also curious to see what Grune thought was suitable.]

Have you found anything I should try on?

[Grune is currently considering a pile of cheerful yellow dress shirts. At his question, she looks up.]

Hmm.... I don't know. What's your favourite colour?

[Spock gives her question some consideration.... no one has ever asked that of him before...]

I am rather partial to black. Though I am rather fond of my uniform's colour blue.

But perhaps it is time to expand my horizons, what do you think?

Yes, I think that's a good idea. After all, there are lots of pretty colours.

[And, with that in mind, she picks up one of the shirts. Now to find him a pair of pants....]

....Indeed.

[Spock moves closer to Miss Grune to see what she is selecting for him....]
