Booker and Reason have never been friends. ...honestly I think this isn't anything new, he's just always drank until he's sure he won't dream. But for some reason it's not working anymore.

I'm worried that he's going to collapse from exhaustion, but I'm also worried he's going to poison himself accidentally.

If it is as serious as you claim, then intervention sounds absolutely necessary. Have you tried anything other than talking to him about it?

No... Booker is very proud, and very private, and I think whatever he's having nightmares about is related to me somehow. So I haven't gotten anything out of him.

Sometimes. He did right after the first nightmare, so I guess it's not unheard of.

There is a Vulcan tea that is quite calming. However, for many humans... it could be considered a sleeping agent.
